Dziwne Bo jakoś nikt nie ma takich problemów .  Najwidoczniej pomyliły ci się 0 przy wystawianiu .

Nic się nie "pieprzy" tylko lecoo ataki, dlatego są problemy z logowaniem i padaniem channeli...

 

Co do tego, że loga to nie tylko w v2. Ale loga tylko i wyłącznie jak padniesz, czasami wygląda to tak jakby Ci zostało 10-20-30% ale są lagi na serwerze i z tych 20 w ciągu sekundy robi się 0 i log out...

 

Co do znikania itemów to prawda, po wczorajszej przerwie bardzo dużo osób się skarżyło na to, że poznikały itemy ze sklepów.

We are sorry that in the last night there was another yangbug caused by the offlineshopsystem.

The damage is fixed again (this kind of transaktions are logged) so this problem is solved.

Sadly is our current offlineshopsystem isnt stable enough to bring it live again.

Thats why we have to bring the classic shopsystem online.

This system will stay temporary online for the next view days, until Arus has developed and tested a new offlineshopsystem.

We will bring the server with the old shopsystem back online as soon as possible, but to implement and remove the offlineshopsystem is a difficult process that takes time.

But please dont worry there are only a view little thinks left everything else is finished!

I thought a lot about the offlineshopsystem and we will change it to different operation so the shopsystem works like a storage.

 

To talk once more about the login problems and the downtimes of the homepage:

We orderd a new root 2 days ago and we hope it will arrive today.

We cant assure that the new root will fix all problems immediately, this can only be seen by a live operation because we are not only attacked by german guys, meanwhile there are foreign serveradmins that attack us too.

But the new root will make a lot things better, thats what im expecting.

 

The temporary problems kicks the whole team onto the patient and we feel totally exhausted.

We never estimated this situation so badly, there are to many things hitted each other, which put us again through a very tough test, and us of course enormous Damage to financiall earnings and especially users such as losing the trust of the community.

Could we change the situation right now, i would do it immediately. Unfortunately that does not comply with the reality and we have to fight out of this torture.

 

People who play here for a long time stayed with us through Ups and Downs and they know that we will not be defeated by such problems.

New arrivals, which lost their faith in us, I just can say that I would not act in another way, however I beg you, to look at the whole situation as objectively as possible,we will solve these problems & then you can convince yourselves, if playing Rubinum is worthwhile.

 

To address the last issue, our Easter-event and our six-month-event are not forgotten!

It will take place as soon as possible. We are waiting for a recreation of the whole situation right now. But that does not mean that once the server is running directly an event starts.

Please give us enough time to fix all problems and bugs, so you can enjoy the events at the end. It will be worth it! Trust me!

 

For everyone who have items that expire of course we will refund this lost time.

I cant tell you how long this will last right now. But i estimate around 4-5 days.

 

The easterevent will last one week to 10 days and after that there will be our 6 month anniversary for one week thats another opportunity specially for beginners to enrich and catch up the lost day!

To inform you with news, we have finished the most important stuff so we do not make any false promises!
We nearly finished the move on our new root we just need to wait for our extra hardwae firewall (but this firewall is maybe delayed by 7 days, if this is the case we will start without it! )
Mean while we will fix the irritating bugs and as soon as Lee will wake up i will check the shopsystem with him.
We want to finish everything smooth so nothing is released incomplete.
Of course there will be unexpected bugs after the release but we will try to minimize them.
The easterevent should be finished at the ReRelease as well, but i dont want to promise that!
We will renew every item that expires permanantly for 5 days (120h) to reduce the damage of the last days! (the time is added now so we will add another 48h because we dont know how mutch time everything needs).
That should clear up the main questions and i hope you are happy about the news. We really do our best and especially Arus invest his hole time in this project!
At this point a huge thank you to Arus without him everything would break down!
