BTW Don't play DEVELOPMENT version , it is a public server for testing new fixes and so on, which means that it is often deleted

I don't know what is this, i don't playing other privates and i don't know this server, but only admins can change images of profiles or?

I don't know nothing about it, it's not my work :) And i don't own server you send screen from, how normal user is possible to change image to this? I thing you faked it via source editor? ...
