Updated drops from Box+1+2+5 (Drops now Rings/Pends and items +opt/luck)

Jewel of Life success Rate increased to 80% 

NEW* Star of Sacred Birth now Drops from Tarkan mobs and higher!
Drops from Star of Sacred Birth are:  All Excellent Archangel Weapons 

Max level in Castle Siege server = 400 *To avoid bug leveling at Land of trials* untill we fix that.
