Jakaś instalacja ci zbugowała to, kiedyś cały czas tak miałem i sie okazało przez to że nadałem prawa 777 wszystkim plikom var

 

zrób reinstall maszyny, a jeżeli reinstall nic nie daje to prawdopodobnie wersja ubuntu 16.06, miałem na arubie 16 zainstalowaną i odrazu nie dało się nic wpisać ani zainstalować. Dlatego zostałem na ubuntu 14.04 i na każdej usłudze takiej używam 

Życie to fabuła. Przestałem bać się wyborów, bo i tak tylko wspomnienia zostają.
