Głupie takie rozwiązanie. Pula adresów IPv4 jest ograniczona więc blokowanie określonych klastrów ipków to bezsens. Zakładając, że upadnie jakiś hosting, ipki są sprzedawane najczęściej lokalnym dostawcą. Gdy taki Kowalski dostanie takie ip po hostingowe nie będzie mógł się dostać bo dostanie kicka za używanie VPN którego tak naprawdę nie używa.

Jeśli bot się loguje to masz problem gdzieś w configu funkcji bądź ranga bota nie ma permisji do kickania.

Sprawdź również czy twój bot czasem nie loguje się poprzez Guest Server Query.

A czy na pewno masz dobrze wgrane config adresów IP ?

Masz rację jednak jednakże ten bot prawdopodobnie nie wywala z wyznaczonych wcześniej pul ip tylko sprawdza ISP danego ip po czym stwierdza czy może być to VPN. Albo faktycznie ten jest "tymczasowy" i niezbyt dobry. Ten screen i wypisana na nim pula ip niekoniecznie oznacza że bot sam w sobie ma zapisanie jakieś pule firm hostingowych.
