Problem z FTP Samba

Witam wszystkich mam problem... nic nowego heh, otóż gdy instaluję dowolny serwer ftp ( proftpd, vsftpd, samba ) po instalacji i uruchomieniu nie mogę nawiązać połączenia 'Connection Refused' a podczas uruchamiania nie ma żadnych błędów, testowałem wiele serwerów i nic komputer z Linux'em jest podłączony do sieci WiFi i na komputerze z Windowsem bez problemu łączę się z OTS'em, SSH, WWW, MySQL a nie mam zamiaru co kilka sekund edytować plik np. actions.xml i znowu tworzyć plik przez SSH

Prosiłbym o pomoc oczywiście odpowiedzi możecie pisać na tym forum ponieważ nie liczę na to że ktoś tam odpisze za co najmniej 5 lat

Zainstaluj proftpd w wersji standalone i sprawdź czy się uruchomiło:

 

service proftpd start
netstat -plutn | grep :21

Po wpisaniu nic nie wyświetla ;/

/etc/init.d/proftpd force-start

I nawet na localhost nie mogę wejść na serwer FTP

 

Teraz po wpisaniu np. w przeglądarce ,, ftp://[ADRES]:21 wyświetla że połączenie zostało odrzucone a podczas łączenia przez FileZilla wyświetla

Status:	Connecting to [ADRES]:21...
Status:	Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error:	Could not connect to server
