Przeinstaluj na inną partycję (tj.dysk) uruchamiaj jako Administrator.
Na czas patchowania najlepiej wyłącz AntyWirusa bo może blokować.
Jeżeli błąd nadal będzie występował dodaj plik z grą do wyjątków w zaporze systemowej.

Połącz się z internetem i wtedy spróbuj zalogować, możliwe też, że trwają jakieś prace i serwer chwilowo off .?

Tak jak up serwer może być off i coś może zmieniać operator , a jeżeli nie pomoże spróbuj się skontaktować z Administratorem gry może pomoże
