to oznacza że twoja konsola nie obsługuje kolorów te wszystkie m i cyfry to nazwy kolorów :)

Wejdz na bukkit.org i zobacz jakie masz wersje pluginów i popatrz które są starsze i wymagają aktualizacji co do ramu ile masz slotów? bo serwer automatycznie przydziela dla każdej osoby jakąś ilość ramu jeżeli dasz za dużo slotów a za mało ramu to będzie taki błąd że będzie brakowało ramu :P

i najlepiej każdy plugin zainstaluj i skonfiguruj sam :)
