Jak ustawić confing współgrający z internetem

Witam ostatnio czytałem jak ustawić swój confing na podstawie naszego łącza internetowego ale nie mogę sobie proadzić mógł by mi to ktoś ustawić za limit "lubie to"

Mój internet to :

 

Prędkość pobierania 10.72 Mb/s

Prędkość wysyłania 1.04 Mb/s

Ping: 26 ms (ale na cs wacha się 30-40)
