Mam pytanie, chce zrobić by poszczególne rangi miały swoje dropy, jak zrobić?

Może nie dokładnie mój config, ale pewna osoba po prosiła mnie bym ustawił Jej dropy dla rang a nie wiem jak zrobić, więc pytam się Was(jeżeli bylibyście tak mili moglibyście podrzucić mi gotowy config ;P)
