Zmień plugin na PermissionsEX i zaktualizuj bukkita oraz Essentials. Wgraj także ChatManager.

PermissionsEX to jeden z gorszych pluginow... co prawda jest wygodny... ale to nie zienia faktu ze jest to jeden z NAJ gorszych pluginow od permissions
