rzuć nam cały plik permissions.yml na hastebin lub pastebin

wtedy będziemy mogli zobaczyć czy masz dobrze zrobione.

/pex user <nick> group add <ranga>

czesc chcialem was zapytac czemu permissionsex nie dziala jak wpisuje /plugins to wszystkie pluginy mam na zielono a permissionsex na czerwono 

Zaktualizuj swój serwer, zaktualizuj plugin permissionsex i wgraj plugin vault. Jeśli nie pomoże, znaczy że masz go błędnie skonfigurowanego.
