Jak zrobić (pytanie dot .przeglądarki)

Witam , mam pytanko jak zrobić aby można było przeglądać plik nastepnie wybrać txt i aby program brał np. z linijek tekstu adresy stron chodzi mi o to że w txt jest tak:

http://mpcforum.pl/

http://costam.pl/

http://blablabal.pl/

 

no i przegladamy plik dajemy txt i webbrowser1 naviage google.pl , potem mpcforum.pl itd.
