Recently, after the latest patch, there have been couple of issues

that have been causing our soldiers to frustrate.

 

Regarding this, we'd like to share with you the current status of each issue

that we'll be mentioning below.

 

First one's the 'Lost Items' issue.

 

 

 

1. Lost Items Issue - Case Resolved

- Here, there are 2 cases to this happening.

1. The case where you've yet used your items after activating them to your inventory.

2. The case where you've received a 'Server error 0' notification

after attempting to change your flag with the item, Country Code Change.

 

Regarding this issue, we've resolved it and have issued your lost items back into your inbox.

 

1) Clan Name Change

2) Clan Record Reset

3) Player Name Change

4) Player Record Reset

5) Base Character Change

6) Gender Change

7) Country Code Change

 

We apologize for the minor error caused.

 

 

 

2. Lag Issue - Case Under Investigation

- After the recent patch, all servers have been suffering from this devastating lag problem,

making it harder to play.

We've attempted to quickly resolve this issue, however many are still suffering from it.

We're doing our best to provide with the most comfortable serviace so please,

we ask of your patience and understanding throughout this matter.

 

 

 

3. Hacking Issue - Continually Taking Action Every Second

- Concerning this matter, there's known to be quite the number of hackers lately.

We've blocked several hack sites and have patched a version upgrade on the hackshield

to prevent such abusive gameplay.

Still you're probably seeing hackers roaming around in-game.

We'd like to let you know that there's no end to hackers entering through the game, however,

will push our every effort to block such abusive users, actions, and tools.

 

 

 

4. Last but not least, the Crash Issue - Case Resolved

- We are aware that some of you may be crashing when launching the game.

We have implemented a new system that will check the Combat Arms files.

If any files have been modified, the game will not launch.

If you are experiencing this we highly recommend that you uninstall your client and then

download and reinstall a new version, without modified files.

This should allow you to enter the game without any trouble.

 

 

 

We hope through this share of information, our soldiers would

build a closer trust to our acts of effort and service.
