Problem z najnowszą wersją serwera TS3

Witam mam problem z ts3 pobrałem najnowszy serwer TeamSpeak3 z oficjalnej strony i daje go na vps a jak próbuje go odpalić to pisze

reason: Address already in use

Upewnij się, że serwer nie został już wcześniej uruchomiony lub inne usługi na tych portach. Jeżeli nic nie ma, to wygeneruj plik ts3server.ini (ustaw w nim ręcznie adres ip), dodaj do pliku ts3server_startscript.sh oraz spróbuj ponownie.
