Pomieszałeś coś w pliku exchange.cpp dokładnie w funkcji

bool CExchange::CheckSpace()

linijka 304-310. Wygląda na to że dowołałeś się do zmiennej s_grid3, s_grid4 wcześniej ich nie tworząc i
zadeklarowałeś zmienną s_grid2 chociaż już wcześniej była zadeklarowana wyżej.

Ogólnie to sprawdź swój plik exchange.cpp albo wklej tutaj z tego pliku tak od 300 do 320 linijki
a najlepiej całą funkcję bool CExchange::CheckSpace()
