Your website is a typical template without updated Copyright (2012). This is kinda funny but you should give us some information about your server specification, memory etc and very small group doesn't sound good...

GL but I think u will close this server in mid 2017 maybe faster.

Ok, but why is changelog empty list? You should inform players about new updates and fixes. Your server has 3000 slots, but would it work with the number of players? Give us specification of server.
