Nieaktywne konto PBE

Witam, otóż logując się dziś na moje konto PBE posiadam komunikat:

 

This account is currently inactive. Please contact Player Support for further information at support.riotgames.com

 

 

Jak mogę aktywować moje konto ponownie?

A może napisz do supportu z pytaniem dlaczego zdezaktywowali ci konto i poproś o ponowną aktywacje?

Why is my PBE account inactive?

At the end of their time on the PBE, tester accounts are deactivated (not deleted!) and automatically re-entered into our pool of candidates for future cycles. This means you don't have to reapply for future access and if you're accepted, you won't have to create another PBE account.

If you had a PBE account under the old PBE system (before October 2013), your old account has been permanently deactivated. If we later choose you to be a tester under the new PBE system, you will be asked to create a new account which will be permanently linked to your main account.

 

I can't log in to the PBE. Was my account deleted?

This may sound silly, but make sure you're using your PBE account login information, not the username and password for your main account!

If you receive an "account inactive" message when you try to log in, your account has been deactivated. This occurs at the end of your time on the PBE and doesn't automatically mean we've banned you or deleted your account. We do this to ensure the PBE remains an active environment.
