VB problem z instalacją

siema pobrałem visual basic 2010 express po pobraniu musiałem resetnąć kompa a po resecie kompa 

instalacja miała być ale podczas tej instalacji wyskoczyło takie coś

According to the error message, this issue should be related with your Windows Installer service.

 

Would you please help to check that the Windows Installer service is set to manual but not disable via the following steps:

 

Click Start menu, click Run, type services.msc in the Open text box, and then click OK. In the Services (Local) list, right-click Windows Installer, and then click Properties. If the Startup type drop-down list is set to a value of Disable, select the Manual option from the Startup type drop-down list, and then click OK. Click the File menu, and then click Exit. You can try download and install the latest Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable

Problem jest z kompilatorem Visual studio. Nie ma to za dużo wspólnego z językiem vb.

Lekką klawiaturą tłumacząć wpisz w programie "uruchom" (win +R) "services.msc". Z listy lokalnej (local) znajdź tam "Windows installer" i kliknij na niego ppm, wybierz właściwości. Sprawdź czy wartość "Startup type" niej est ustawiona disable, wybierz manual i kliknij okej. Spróbuj zainstalować najnowszą wersjęWindows Installer 4.5. Uruchom instalator jako administrator, wyłącz antywirusy itp itd.

mam na ręczny, ale jest opcja żeby to włączyć to chyba oznacza że nie jest włączony ten instalator

 

na visual studio też tak miałem...

pomoże ktoś nadal nie naprawiłem, w necie pisało że to problem w windows installatorem , i że trzeba pobrać windows installator z strony microsoftu.

ale tam nie ma wersji na win 7
