A: Infestation World is the Global Service provided by Electronics Extreme. You would be able to experience and enjoy with all new features of Infestation by Infestation World. 

 

Q: Will Infestation World be available on Steam platform? Free to Play or Pay to Pay?

A: No, the game can be downloaded directly from our official website at www.infestationworld.com. Fortunately, it is “Free to Play”.

 

Q: How many regions will the global servers cover? Will all regions be available upon launch? When can I play the game?

A: North America, South America, Europe, CIS, CN, Middle East, Africa and Oceania/Australia. At the end of March 2016, we would launch CBT service in North America and Europe’s servers. Other remaining regions’ servers would be located and serviced in next few months.

 

Q: Is there any regional IP blocked? I’m in the country where that is not in the list, can I access and play Infestation World?

A: There would be no regional blocking. Wherever you live, you can also access and play in any regional servers of Infestation World through the selection screen in the game. But we recommend you to choose and play in the server which is located nearest to your location to reduce latency and other connection problems. In conclusion, everyone in this world can enjoy playing Infestation World.

 

Q: How many languages would be localized?

A: English. French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian would be included at launch. But in the future, there would be more additional localized languages, such as Chinese, etc. (However, some of the new and special items’ description would be in English).

 

Q Is there any Anti-Cheating system in Infestation World?

A: Yes, the game would be equipped with EAC (EasyAntiCheat). Moreover, Electronics Extreme is very earnest about cheating and hacking problems.

 

Q: Is Infestation World a copy of the Thai Infestation: Survivor Stories?

A: No, it is a similar version, not exactly the same.

 

Q: Is the Thai server a part of the global server?

A: No, it is totally separated.

 

Q: What would happen to the old ISS?

A: The old ISS would still be available on steam, but renamed to ISS Classic.

 

Q: Will GC from the old ISS be transferred to Infestation World?

A: Don’t worry! You would be able to transfer your GC purchased in old ISS during October 29th 2016 – March 5th 2016 to Infestation World. (***PST Time***)  

However, please wait for an official announcement about this issue again via our official website.
