Problem plugin Skript

Otóż mój problem polega na tym że nie wiem do końca jak ustawić w pluginie Skript własnych komend. Pomoże ktoś ? Jakby co mają być takie oto komendy:

/drop 

/administracja

/vip 

/svip

/itemy ( chodzi o itemy na gildie)
