Błąd połączenia z serwerem

Witam kupiłem na pukawce serwer taki dla siebie i znajomych do poćwiczenia i pogrania.
Ale od samego początku mam problem z tym silnikiem source ... 
Pierwsze ogarniałem jak dodaje się admina w końcu jak już wszystko równo i elegancko ustawiłem zaaktualizowałem serwer gdyż jest taka opcja.
Potem próbowałem wejść na serwer ale się nie da :/ 
W konsoli wyskakuje taki błąd ktoś coś poradzi ? (już mi się nie chce kolejny raz przeinstalowywać serwera.
