Apache w XAMPP

Witam mam problem z XAMPP m.in z Apache , gdy chce to uruchomic wyskakuje taki błąd (potrzebne do stworzenia rejestracji chyba , że ktoś ma jakiś inny sposób   :

jak odpalasz xamppa wylacz porty w portmapie: 80, 3306,

Lepszym rozwiązaniem niż xampp jest instalacja Apache wewnątrz twoich plików serwerowych.
