Cały klub w UT usunięty

Witam!

Dzisiaj chciałem pograć trochę w UT i gdy wszedłem, dostałem komunikaty jakbym pierwszy raz wchodził do UT, czyli nazwa klubu, pierwsza paczka itd. Zobaczyłem, że nie mam żadnych kart i wszystkie pozostałe rzeczy zostały usunięte.

W czym może tkwić problem? 

Ostatnio kupiłem 200k coins, a EA podobno banuje za dokupowanie coinsów.

Sprawdź powiadomienia w Football Club. Tam EA zazwyczaj umieszcza powiadomienia.

Sprawdź również swój e-mail i zobacz czy EA nie przysłała informacji o nadaniu ostrzeżenia.

A powiadomienia z footballclub też czyste (jeśli o to chodziło):

Skontaktuj się z EA za pomocą live chat'u. Nawet jeżeli kupiłeś monety, to pierwsze ostrzeżenie nie powinno być równe z usunięciem klubu.

Ja dokładnie 15 godzin temu otrzymałem ostrzeżenie za zakup monet, a klub nie został usunięty.

No dzięki, napisałem ticketa, to odpowiedzą za 2 tyg.

Teraz czekam na live chacie, ale trochę się boję, że zasne zanim dostane odezw.

No niestety, ale kolejki są długie. Szczególnie w dni wolne.

Ja kiedyś na rozmowę czekałem ok. 50min .

Zobaczyłem, że 4 stycznia dostałem taką wiadomość na skrzynke:

Our penalty system is cumulative. This means, as you have ignored our previous warning, the next instance you purchase Coins will result in you no longer being allowed to participate in FIFA Ultimate Team or any other on-line aspect of your FIFA title. If you continue to violate our Terms of Service in any way, the penalty applied will increase in severity and may ultimately result in permanent account closure.
