Niepotrzebnie dodałeś prefix. Wystarczy wejść w confing permissionex i usunąc pod headadminem prefix

Zapewne masz wgrane iChat i tam ustawione prefixy, oraz PermissionsEX i tam tez ustawione prefixy Wejdź w PEX, usuń prefixy, po czym wejdź w główny config essentials, zjedź do EssentialsChat i usuń <group> Powinno to wyglądać mniej więcej tak:

format: '<{DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}'
  #format: '&7[{GROUP}]&f {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&f {MESSAGE}'
