te znaki ( "" ) oznaczają że jak ktoś wejdzie to nie pojawia się żadna wiadomość możesz to zmienić:
tu gdzie masz te znaki: " " wpisujesz wiadomość np. "&7Gracz &6%player% &7Wszedl na serwer"

Myśleże nieźle wytłumaczyłem (liczę na lajka)
