2 i 3 (wtf) Używasz najnowszej wersji pluginy MyCommands? Nie widzę tutaj żadnych błędów

RandomTP: Skorzystaj z pluginu "RandomLocationButton", w skrócie "RLB".

MyCommand, uzywam najnowszej, ale other drops chyba nie.
