Blue screen - dmp

Witam, ostatnio miewam problem z komputerem, a mianowicie gdy coś robię wyskakuję mi bluescreen i resetuję się komputer. Nie ważne co robię bo czasami gram przez wiele godzin i nic, a czasem włączę komputer i od razu mam bluescreen.

Postanowiłem przeczytać plik .dmp lecz się na tym nie znam i chciałbym aby mi ktoś pomógł. Wkleje tutaj jego zawartość.

Podaj temperatury z programu HWMonitor, stan dysku z programów Crystal disk info i HDTune z zakładki Error scan (odznacz quick scan i kliknij "Scan") pobierz również program BlueScreenView, zaznacz jakiegoś bsod'a i zrób ss'a. wszystko wstaw w jednym poście.
