Pobieranie pliku

Mój problem jest taki zrobiłem takie coś ze jak kliknie się na przycisk " szukaj " wybierasz folder i w textboxie pokazje się  scieżka do tego folderu. I teraz chce pobrać plik do tej scieżki z textboxa tylko że pisze  My.Computer.Network.DownloadFile(

xyz)
Nie wiem co wpisać zamiast xyz próbowałem Textbox2.SelectedPath ale nie działa.

Jak mam np scieżke do folderu : C:\Users\Hinippp\Desktop\fwq to plik pobiera tekstowy pobiera się na pulpit pusty i zamiast mieć nazwy pliktekstowy.txt ma nazwe fwqpliktekstowyfwq.txt

Musi byc bezposredni czyli np klikasz i sciaga a nie klikasz i musisz jeszcze na stronie klikac zeby sciagac rozumiesz?
