Napisałem za was:

"Hi, when I am trying to login into my UT I receive error message"sorry Our servers are temporarily down while we work on making things better." I did not receive any email, but on a live chat EA Game Advisor told me that my account was suspended. I still dont know why, I wrote an email but I dont have time to wait 14 days until EA support reply. I spent my money on this game and I want play not wait. I'm member since 2012 (I have played a few hundreds hours in FIFA 13) and i have never been banned before! It is just ridiculus."

 

Za którymś razem ten asystent był bardziej ogarnięty i napisał coś sensownego (nie w stylu napisz maila i czekaj 5 lat jak reszta). Odpowiedz:

Please try to login again after 48-72 hours and rest assure that you will soon regain access on your FUT."

 

krótko mówiąc to nie jest ban, zdają sobie sprawę z tego problemu, starają się rozwiązać i trzeba spróbować się zalogować w ciągu 48-72h.
