Click on this button and enter all known information into the custom fields that will appear.

- Payment details of purchases:

o Payment method

o Date and Time

o Transaction ID : ( xxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxx)

- A scan of your driver’s license or any other official document proving your identity.

- Your IP address (http://whatismyipaddress.com/)

- Your country



Note: If you have the possibility, please send us Screenshots (.jpg or .bmp) of your invoices concerning Nexon purchases.

-Szczegóły zakupów Nx. Jakich używałeś, kiedy i ID transakcji. (np mopay)

-jakiś dokument tożsamości, skan jego np prawo jazdy lub dowód.
-Twoje ip
-Państwo.
