Problem z wczytaniem danych z serwera

Witam.

Mam problem, otóż kolega podesłał mi kod który ma podobno wczytywać dane z serwera, bawiłem się kodem, edytowałem go, ale nadal coś nie działa. Wyskakuje "Cannot acces page directly.". Z PHP nie znam nawet najmniejszych podstaw, więc nic za bardzo z tym nie mogę zrobić.

Powiedzmy, że IP serwera to: 37.59.10.165

A port: 25855

Jak myślicie co trzeba zrobić? Tutaj kod. Jeżeli macie jakieś inne wersje to prosze o podzielenie się nimi. Z góry dzięki za pomoc.
